These terms govern the sale of the Premium and VIP subscriptions offered on Geteme, an AI-assisted sports analysis and prediction platform, published by MOKENA Aristide Djesi Elvis, sole proprietorship.
2. Prices and plans
Premium: €9.99 (incl. tax) per month. VIP: €19.99 (incl. tax) per month. Prices are shown in euros, all taxes included. Geteme reserves the right to change its prices; any change is communicated before it takes effect and only applies to subsequent billing periods.
3. Payment and renewal
Payment is made via PayPal. By subscribing, the customer authorizes a recurring automatic charge, each month on the same date, until cancellation. Geteme stores no banking data: the entire transaction is processed by PayPal.
4. Cancellation
The customer may cancel their subscription at any time from their personal space (the "Manage my subscription" page). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the already-paid period: no prorated refund is issued for the current period, unless required by law.
5. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with regulations applicable to digital content supplied immediately, the customer acknowledges that by activating their subscription upon signup, they expressly request immediate performance of the service and waive their 14-day right of withdrawal once access to paid features has begun.
6. No guarantee of results
The predictions and analyses provided by Geteme result from statistical processing of sports data. They are estimates, not guarantees of results. Geteme cannot be held liable for decisions made by the customer based on these analyses, nor for any resulting losses.
7. Disputes
In the event of a dispute, the customer is invited to contact Geteme via the contact page before any legal action.
